Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider with clinics currently in Antigo, Appleton, Clintonville, DePere, Marshfield, Merrill, Stevens Point, and Weston, and soon to open in Oshkosh and the Eau Claire-Menominee corridor, seeks enthusiastic primary care physicians who are passionate about the promise and potential of primary care and want to help us build innovative practices throughout the state.

We are looking for physicians who want to be a part of a movement to bring back independent and affordable primary care to Wisconsin companies, individuals, and communities. They will need to be flexible, motivated, and have an unrelenting commitment to quality care and cost-effective treatment options.

We practice physician-led team based care. Each Anovia clinic is staffed with a lead physician, APC and RN/MA and provide care for routine and chronically ill patients (ages 2 to 64).

Physicians may be engaged in care and oversight of up to three clinics. Opportunity to innovate and grow in leadership and compensation.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree. Wisconsin licensure. Board certification.
